File Folder Photo Albums

I've gone from paper bag photo albums to file folder albums. They were a bit tedious to do at first, but once I got a system down pat, they were a little easier to do. Cutting all the paper first and then gluing and composing went a little faster after that.

What I like most about these albums are that they can accommodate most any event and because they're small, they just can't help but look cute. They make a great gift for friends, and grandma's. And because they are stiff enough to stand, they make a great work desk display, sure to catch the attention of fellow workers.

Paper Bag Lady

I can't stop making these mini-paper bag albums. I had attempted to make a paper bag scrapbooking album last year, but I wasn't quite happy with the results. Then I spotted these mini-paper bags in the gift wrap department of Target and I knew I had to give them a try. The small size makes scrapping them so easy. You don't have to use much paper and you can't fit too many embellishments on them. I was able to make one in an evening.



Since I purchased them in October, naturally Halloween was the theme. I went through my stash of paper and then went on line to Hewlett Packard's Activity Center and Cannon's Creative Park to find embellishments to print. I rummaged through my ribbon and yarn and found some in the appropriate colors. It took me some time, but I finally got the look I was after.
